Personal Training in Saltdean

Here at Three Pillars of Fitness Personal Training, we work with many clients in Saltdean. Some choose to work out, in their own home with 1-2-1 sessions. In this case I will bring the required fitness equipment with me to your home. Home fitness is often the choice for clients who have had gym membership in the past, but not attended. For, other clients who are carers or parents, home fitness sessions offer other benefit, including:
