Three Pillars of Fitness runs Boxercise™ classes in Woodingdean and Rottingdean (both BN2) near Brighton in East Sussex. These boxing inspired fitness classes are held on Tuesday evenings at the Whiteway Centre, on Thursday evenings at Longhill Sports Centre and on Saturday mornings, at Woodingdean Central Park
Boxercise™ classes are really fun, they are high energy, and as the name suggests combine Boxing and Exercise.

Claire joined the Tuesday evening Boxercise class in Rottingdean after taking a 12 month exercise break. As with all the Three Pillars of Fitness Classes, Andy makes sure that Claire works at a pace that suits her and she is already feeling the benefits of the class.
This is my Saturday morning group. We meet at Central Woodingdean Tennis courts at 9:30am till 10. They love to get a workout in before the weekend takes over. Kit is supplied by us, smiles supplied by you. -Don’t forget your sunglasses.

Linda and Chris (right of image) have both lost considerable weight with the help of our exercise classes in. Brighton, not least Boxercise™
Linda has lost over 5 stones in weight, whilst Chis has lost over a stone. A typical Boxercise sesion of 45 minutes burns around 350 calories and roughly 3000 steps- Thank you Fitbit :-)
All of our Brighton Boxercise sessions include games. We are passionate about everyone having fun as they exercise. In this pic we are playing a game of over and under, which helps to keep the class members motivated till the end of the session.
