Public speaking:
Here at Three Pillars of Fitness we love having the opportunity to speak at events, whether this is a one off learning session, a short course of 4 to 6 weeks or a longer term fixture. Hosting your health event, is a pleasure. We’ll ensure that presentations are interactive, bespoke and fit your and your workforces exact needs. In the past we have:
Delivered lifestyle courses for local government
Ran learning and moving sessions (part presentation/ part exercise)

Individual Lifestyle Consultation:
We’ll meet with each of your employees in person or via virtual conferencing to assess their current lifestyle, we’ll help them to create a healthy lifestyle plan and give advice and tools to help them on implementing their ideas.
Staff and Employee Lifestyle Courses:
Diet Doubters is our own independent shape change, healthy eating and lifestyle course. Courses are group based and are only delivered by registered, insured, qualified and professionals. Each attendee will set a goal weekly and will be given help and advice to ensure that they exceed their goal.
Exercise Coach:
We off you and your delegates the choice of whether to exercise in person (at your premises) or we can create exercise regimes (for all fitness levels) through our smart phone app. Workouts are tailored to the individual and provided with video guidance and messaging support. All of our fitness coach programmes include weekly check ins, this encourages participants to reflect on their progress weekly and to set goals for the coming week.
Habit Coaching:
Habit Coaching is about setting small goals which are manageable. As a mentor I will teach your employees about the importance of practicing a health habit for 2 weeks at a time and becoming consistent before moving to the next goal. The course subjects will include: Hydration, stress management, snacking, meal building / preparation and the importance of sleep.
Our habit coaching course is run through a closed Facebook group, which offers help in a safe encouraging environment. Individual catch up calls are offered on a bi weekly basis.
