Trigger Point Pilates:
A great 45 minute class which aims to relax, improve movement, and work on tension, an ideal class for beginners, as well as seasoned athletes. This class is the ultimate in self care and uses a foam roller and prickle balls.
Boxercise:
Inspired by Boxing, this class is popular with those who want to improve heart and lung health as well as co-ordination. Boxercise consists of 8 basic strikes which can be combined to ensure a fun and energetic workout. No equipment needed as is class is Show boxing based. Gloves can add some weight if you have them and want to use them.
Stretch and restore:
Gentle movement to help you move and feel better. Excellent for desk workers aswell as athletes, we offer this on a Thursday evening which is perfect timing for busy professionals.
