Our online classes happen 5 times per week  and are delivered using the Zoom app.

Our online fitness classes are carefully selected to offer a balance of: Relaxation -  Trigger Point Pilate's™ Tuesday 6.15pm, Cardio Fitness - Boxercise™ (shadow boxing) -Tuesday 7pm & Saturday 9.30am. Bodyweight Circuits Thursdays 6.30pm, plus Stretch & Restore 7pmThursday.

Trigger Point Pilates™ - 45 mins £7ea

Our online Trigger Point Pilates class offers an an amazing opportunity to reduce stress, remove yourself from your every day worries and restructure your body. This class is mat-based and will help you to recentre, improve your posture and ease aches and pains. This is done by using self applied massage, locating trigger points and releasing them. We use a foam roller and prickle balls to assist the connection between mind and body- to buy your own foam roller click here, to buy your own prickle (massage) balls click here.

No kit? Don’t worry we’ll adjust the class and replace the kit with everyday household items. Join us, you deserve it!

Boxercise online class Three Pillars of Fitness PT.png

Boxercise™ - 30 mins £5ea

tuesdays 7.00pm

SATURDAYS 9:30AM (with a monthly virtual coffee -optional )

Online Boxercise is a great fun class which uses the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. During these sessions you will learn the 8 most common strikes, how to put them together and how to move like a boxer. Our Boxercise (shadow boxing) sessions are mostly Boxing and cardio. Stressed? Then this is a great class for you! - You can also join us for our monthly Saturday morning virtual coffee 10 till 10.30am. We’re a friendly bunch!

Bodyweight Circuits- 30 mins £5ea

THURSDAYS 6.30PM

ZOOM MEETINGS -ONLINE

Online Body weight circuits is a great class for you if you want to improve cardio fitness and strength in the comfort of your own home. No equipment is needed for this class, which includes exercises like bridge for your bum, squat for legs and dead bugs for core.

If you want to change shape, gain confidence in your fitness and have fun this is the class for you. All exercises can be modified the make them easier or harder depending on your experience levels.

Stretch and Restore- 30 mins £5ea

THURSDAYS 7.00PM

ZOOM MEETINGS -ONLINE

Stretch and restore is the perfect class for a Thursday evening, particularly if you want to wind down after a challenging week. If you feel tense and tired? Using a combination of pilates sequences, static and moving stretches we work to reduce tension, and restore movement.

Coffee and Catch up…..

It’s more than just fitness……At Three Pillars of Fitness, we have spent over 10 years creating a community of like minded people who support each other, and have common goals around fun and fitness. We like to stay in contact with each other and often take the chance to share coffee and to catch up.
